Andrew Stevens - Mayor

Penyrheol

I am a thrid generation dairy farmer at Llannant Farm in Penyrheol. My family has been living and working at Llannant since 1941, and we currently have some 200 head of cattle. We also used to run a local veg round up until the mid 1990s, which my grandfather started on his horse and cart. Before returning to work full time, I studied agriculture for four years and took time out to work on a dairy farm in New Zealand. My wife's family arte also very involved in farming on Gower, and they run Shepherd's Fruit and Veg on the High Street in Gorseinon. I'm a keen sportsman and have played rugby locally for Loughor RFC for the past 20 years; I also build PCs and websites in what little spare time I get.

This year I also had the privilege of being elected the town council's youngest ever Deputy Mayor.

If I can be of any assistance, then please do not hesitate to contact me anytime using the details below, or via our own Town Clerk on any concerns or issues you may have.
